Chai Smoothie

This smoothie serves as the ultimate morning pick-me-up, it is both energising and refreshing, making it the perfect way to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of brewed Chai tea
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of Scottish Heather honey
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Ice

Method

  1. Brew Chai tea and allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  3. Blend ingredients together until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top and serve.
