Mini Christmas Puddings

A Christmas meal wouldn’t be the same without Christmas pudding. My mini Christmas puddings are easy to make and are a great way to impress your guests by giving them their own individually dressed pudding for dessert.


Serves 4


  1. Pre-heat oven to 150c.
  2. Grease individual pudding tins with a small amount of butter.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  5. Fill pudding tins with batter, secure lids or cover with aluminium foil.
  6. Boil 1-2 litres of water.
  7. Place filled pudding tins in a deep roasting pan and fill half way up pudding tins with boiling water.
  8. Cook for 1 hr.
  9. Allow to cool before turning out.
  10. Serve with brandy custard.
